A redemption and troubleshooting reference for merchandise rewards in Dress To Impress.

This page covers codes supplied with merchandise, not a list of free promotional codes. We checked the official instructions on 28 September 2026; we have not bought a token or tested redemption.

Choose the correct redemption path

The official DLC guide distinguishes two routes:

Mobile: follow the official page's link to the PhatMojo redemption portal.
Desktop: launch the game in your Roblox account. Open CODES on the left, choose the pink DLC Code button, enter the token's code in the DLC CODES popup and redeem.

DEV rewards are game items, found in the in-game inventory/backpack. UGC rewards are Roblox avatar items and use the linked web portal instead of in-game redemption.

The official page requires entering DTI within 24 hours after redemption; otherwise, it says the code must be entered again. Keep the token private: these codes are single-use, not shareable rewards for multiple accounts.

Match the problem to the next check

These checks summarize the DLC support FAQ linked by DTI:

Unreadable code: make sure the scratch-off coating is fully removed.
Missing token: inspect all packaging, including inside and behind its contents.
Invalid Code: compare every character with the token, especially similar letters and numbers.
Code Already Used: check whether the reward is already in your account and whether you previously used another account. This error alone does not establish what happened.
Unexpected reward: compare the DLC tier with the official Collectors Guide before assuming a fault.
